At Marué, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, the wrong item sent).

2. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order. Returns are processed within 10 business days after receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless the wrong item was sent).
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at contact@marue.com.br with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if applicable, for damaged or defective items)

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be processed.

6. Processing & Shipping Times

To keep our prices competitive, we work with multiple fulfillment centers in different regions. Orders may ship from various locations, and delivery times vary depending on your country.
